, when the director gets the shot he wants (not the scene, or even the minute, just that one moment), the crew calls “picture!” I know from my vassssttt recent movie experience (see movie bizzz<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Friday I stayed home to watch the filming. (Did I mention Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck were outside my window? Or than Russell nodded, saluted and said “hey” to me?!).<\/p>\n

I went grocery shopping (in the middle of the day!). I worked on my blog. I wrote friends. You came over for dinner. We laughed and talked and snuggled and you opened a bottle of wine. You fell asleep and I tiptoed back out to watch a bit more filming (okay, so I may have gotten a call asking me not to press my face against the glass for the next cut. And yeah, so I might have realized that call came right after I padded out in pajamas. but still).<\/p>\n

You opened your arms to let me back in, my perfect spot and I slept. Soundly for the first time in weeks. The next day, I woke up in your arms. You had to work but I cleaned up, chatted with the film crew, did some writing, met you at the new (beautiful!) nats park, for snacks, walking around, conversation. I watched the sunset over the capitol, heard adrian fenty bless the district of columbia (god save the queen!) which made me a bit choked up actually. Good for DC!<\/p>\n

After an inning (and a half! I tried) you walked me back downstairs. We found where the good pretzels were, and admired the stadium some more. You kissed me goodbye and I green-lined home and was there before dark, warm and happy in my great-looking (think I wasn’t gonna clean for russell!) coop. I was full of new ideas and hope and fullness.<\/p>\n
