Verizon: update.

And member how you were all “MMM hmm, yup, it’s all in the box and it’s super easy.”
And I was dubious, having dealt with you before and you took that opportunity to tell me a parable about how everything in the world could seem complicated but in verizon-land, life is great, the sun shines all day and night, and high-speed everything sails through the air straight into happy customers’ hearts?
Remember???
Well, I’m just saying, by EVERYthing in the box, I meant INCLUDING the “additional coaxial cable” page one of your instructions tipped me off to needing.
Looking forward to learning what else is not included.

washwords. . . thank you for the comments on THLOL – I was touched by what you’d written. I have been meaning to tell you that I joined Kiva last weekend after I’d seen it on your site. I’ve yet to loan anyone but a friend and I from work are both on now.
Ahhhhh verizon.
Everything was in the box. . . but 90 minutes of phone calls finally got us up and running just seconds before thomas the tank engine started. It would have been a disaster in our house had fios tv not been ready. . . and it tapped out 3 times before completing.

Just be thankful it wasn’t comcast! Comcast has guys who try to hit on you ["Do I make you nervous" CREEPY]…and leave the wrong cables to connect things like your tv to the cable box.
