Switch to wordpress.com. You can import all the content. It's easier, more widget-able, and just... better. Then, when you're ready, switch further to wordpress.org and host yourself. Wordpress has customer service, more active/helpful forums, and just is easier/better IMHO. and you can contact people! Because NO i never got in touch with anyone directly at google/blogger. Weird because they are so great at other things. When I had a google analytics problem, it was fixed about a minute after i sent my email. anyway, that's my two cents. switching to wordpress.com is pretty easy actually. took a lot less time than i wasted coming through support files looking for someone to email like you did!
